  • Diana O'Lare, CPSM, Director, Market Intelligence, ACEC
    Diana will provide an update on private markets, with a focus on intermodal & logistics, education, commercial real estate, healthcare, and AI. She'll explore how these sectors are evolving and what it means for our industry.
     
  • Dana Magliola, Sr. Director of Infrastructure Competitiveness, NC Chamber
​Dana will provide an update on the NC Chamber Foundation’s efforts to develop an Energy Vision for North Carolina with a focus on the perspective of business and industry. Through a robust stakeholder engagement process, research, and analysis, the NC Chamber Foundation is developing a medium-to-long-term vision for energy generation, infrastructure, resources, and policy aimed at strengthening the state’s competitiveness. He will provide insight into the initial findings and anticipated output from the visioning process.
 
  • Andrew Ritter, Executive Director, NCBELS
    Join NCBELS Director Andrew Ritter for an in-depth update on recent changes from the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. This session will cover key licensure updates, changes in professional practice regulations, and how these developments are shaping industry standards across the state.
  • Melanie Oliver, Partner, MPact Partners
    Our lunch keynote will be delivered by Melanie Oliver, who will speak on The Future of Engineering Leadership. Melanie will offer valuable perspectives on the evolving role of leadership in engineering and what it takes to succeed in today's rapidly changing environment.
