How to Submit an Entry Online (no binders will be required, only an electronic copy):

1. Assemble the following items (items 2 through 6) into a single PDF or MS Word document that does not exceed 6 megabytes in size (documents may be zipped).

2. A 100-word summary of the project clearly and concisely describing the project and the entrant’s participation in the project on firm’s letterhead.

3. An endorsement/release letter from the client or owner.

4. One compiled copy of a proposed press release (one page max) - written as if the project has already been chosen to win an Engineering Excellence Award - that clearly and concisely describes the project and entrant’s participation in the project. Point out the value of the project to the community and iden­tify the number of people served.

5. THREE 8" x 10" photographs representing various visual aspects of the project. Each photograph should be followed by a brief description of the photo within the PDF or MS Word document submitted. Photo descriptions should not exceed three sentences (approximately 75 words or less).

6. One compiled narrative of the following, not to exceed 1500 words total:

   • Role of the entrant’s firm in the project
   • Role of other consultants participating in the project
   • Brief description of the entrant’s contribution to the project addressing each of the following:
     • Original or Innovative Application of New or Existing Techniques
     • Future Value to Engineering Profession
     • Social/Economic and sustainable design Considerations
     • Complexity
     • Exceeding Owner/Client Needs
        
7. Complete the form below and attach the PDF or Word document as your entry.
    
8. If your entry is selected as a winner, you will be contacted and will then be required to provide high resolution copies of the images from your entry as well as your firm logo.
